Paying Utility Bills

You must allow 2 working days for an online payment to post.

Payments made via the website are final and are not reversible. VISA, Mastercard, or Discover is not responsible for refunding payments made in error. Please use caution when entering online payments and contact the Utility Billing at 740-773-2191 if you make an error on an online payment.

Please Note: If you are making an online payment for a previous balance to avoid shut off, that payment must be received 2 working days before the date specified on the shut off notice to allow time for the payment to post. Online payments made for previous balances, that are received less than 2 days prior to the shut off date, will not prevent the shut off. 

Do NOT use on-line payment if your water service has been shut off. If your water service has been shut off, you must pay the past due bill and disconnect fee to get service restored. This payment can be made at the billing office or you can use the night drop box located at the billing office.
