About Our Director:
Bill Bonner, a Chillicothe native, has been the Parks & Recreation Director for 5 years. Bill is a Graduate of Bishop Flaget High School, received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and his Master’s degree from Ohio University. Bill has spent many terms on city council, as both a member at-large and as the Fifth Ward representative. Bill spent most of his free time growing up in Poland Park, so the parks have a very special place in his heart. Currently Bill is a member of the Chillicothe Board of Education.
